Heat Supression in Nanoporous Materials
Giuseppe Romano's Research

Project Description

My current research focuses on the development of physical models for nanoscale heat transport in nanostructured materials. Specifically, we study heat suppression in nanoporous materials by analyzing the phonon mean free path distribution. Phonon transport is computed by means of the deterministic solution of the Boltzmann Transport Equation.
